When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day.
USPS: Media Mail, First Class, or Priority Mail (depending on product).
UPS: Ground shipping.
Tracking info is emailed once your order ships.
Is All Merchandise In Stock and Ready to Ship?
Yes — all products listed are physically in stock at our store.
Rarely, an item may sell in-store before inventory updates online.
If that happens, we’ll contact you to offer:
A full refund, or
A discount if you choose to wait for the next shipment.
Is All of Your Inventory New?
All clothing and licensed merchandise are brand new.
Pre-owned items include only vintage vinyl, CDs, and cassettes.
Is All Merchandise Officially Licensed?
Yes! Everything we sell is officially licensed by the rights holder or the artist’s official merch manufacturer.
We do not sell knock-offs.
What Material Are the Shirts Made Of?
All shirts are 100% cotton unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How Can You Sell Licensed Merch for Less?

What Is Your Return Policy?
You can return:
Clothing items (unworn & unwashed)
Other items in original packaging
Return window: 30 days from purchase
Notes:
Used/worn items will be returned to sender.
Customers cover return postage.
“Refused” or “undeliverable” orders are refunded minus shipping cost.
What If I Received the Wrong Item?
Contact us with your order details.
We’ll send the correct item plus a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
Do You Ship Outside the United States?
We currently ship only to the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
This policy helps prevent international shipping fraud.
