Great question! Yes, we are trustworthy. We are a family-based business that has been in business since 2020. We live by the Golden Rule, Treat others how you want to be treated. We have nearly 800 positive feedbacks on eBay with a 100% positive rating and we have a 5-star rating on Facebook. We strive to be perfect but when we aren't we will always do our best to make it right. When you make a purchase through us you are supporting family and small business. We appreciate you as a customer, you are not just another order number to us. We look forward to earning your business.   • When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after your order is placed. All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. USPS items are shipped media mail, first class mail, or priority mail depending on the type of product. UPS items are shipped UPS ground. Tracking information will be sent to you at the time of your order being shipped.

  • Is all Merchandise in Stock and Ready to Ship?

All merchandise is in stock at our store location. There are times where an item will sell at the store, and we run out of stock before updating the inventory on our website. If this happens with something you purchase, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware. You will then have the option to receive a full refund or receive a discount for your inconvenience and wait on the order till our next shipment arrives in stock.

  • Is All Your Inventory New?

Yes, all clothing items and officially licensed music merchandise is new. The only pre-owned items you will find on our website will be vintage Vinyl Albums, CD's, cassettes, and 8 tracks.

  • Is All of Your Merchandise Officially Licensed?

Yes, all of our merchandise is officially licensed by the licensed holder or the artist's official merchandise manufacturer. We do not sell knock offs.

  • What material are the shirts made of?

Shirts are all 100% cotton unless otherwise specified in the listing. 

  • How Can You Sell Officially Licensed Merch So Much Less Than The Other Guys?

We are fans first, just like you! This site does not exist to make us rich; this site exists because we all love music. We know you work hard for your money, so we try to keep our prices very reasonable. We are always negotiating with our suppliers to keep our costs down so we can pass those savings on to you.

  • What Is Your Return Policy?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, but we do understand sometimes an item needs to be returned. All clothing items that have not been washed and all other items that are still in their original packing are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the full purchase price. If an item is used or washed it will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for return postage. Orders that are 'refused' or 'undeliverable' due to an address issue will be refunded for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

  • What if You Sent Me The Wrong Item?

If for some reason you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! We do our best to make sure this never happens, but mistakes do happen every now and then. In this case, please use the contact us form below and let us know what you ordered and what you were sent. We will then mail you your correct item, along with a pre-paid postage label to ship us the incorrect item back.

  • Do You Ship Outside the United States?

At this time, we ship only to the United States and United States Territories. Due to the amount of fraud internationally this is in our companies and customers best interest.
