Refund policy

• What Is Your Return Policy?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, but we do understand sometimes an item needs to be returned. All clothing items that have not been washed and all other items that are still in their original packing are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the full purchase price. If an item is used or washed it will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for return postage. Orders that are 'refused' or 'undeliverable' due to an address issue will be refunded for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

• What if You Sent Me The Wrong Item?

If for some reason you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! We do our best to make sure this never happens, but mistakes do happen every now and then. In this case, please use the contact us form and let us know what you ordered and what you were sent. We will then mail you your correct item, along with a pre-paid postage label to ship us the incorrect item back.
